Then my late 30s arrived — and my skin changed. Not dramatically. Just a dullness I couldn’t shake, a dryness that felt new, a tiredness in my face that sleep didn’t fix. Add in early motherhood — no time, no energy, no headspace for anything beyond survival — and I finally had to figure something out.
